Lords and Ladies all!

Join the Shire in its annual 12th Night celebration being held at the First Presbyterian Church (Click for Directions).

Don your best garb and raise your banner in the main hall. Duke Sir Marcus will be holding a bear pit tourney for Heavy Fighters. There will be fencing available and many festive games going on throughout the day. We will have dancing and a chance for you to go on the sly to get the gift you want out of the Chinese Gift Exchange (Bring a gift to get a gift).

There will also be an Arts and Sciences contest run by Duchess Dorinda designed specifically to improve either the shire's camp or making a better site. (Click for for rules and guidelines.) The Emerald Lake Puppet Theatre will be performing The Wizard Who Lost His Magic. A potluck will be held around 5pm. Please be on the look out for the sign up sheets on our Yahoo Group. Lady Isabel will be recording the donations.

The Site will open at noon and cleanup will begin at 9pm. We will be starting setup at 10am. If you won't be there to help setup, please bring your banner to the meeting on the 14th so we can hang it in the hall.

If you are available to help with set up or clean up please come and help us deck the halls and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
